Our major conferences all pushed thru with great success and our on-site seminars sky rocketed in unbelievable scale. The process to joining International Teams Phils is not a difficult one. You just need to follow four (4) simple application steps and you are on your way to becoming an IT Global Missionary. The main focus of the application process is in the determination of one's calling, maturity in ministry and a Christlike character.

Access Mission Training
ACCESS MISSION TRAINING is a concentrated program for those planning to serve as missionaries with INTERNATIONAL TEAMS PHILIPPINES either on foreign or local assignment. It consists of two phases, namely:
I. An intensive classroom or virtual training where the trainee is introduced to INTERNATIONAL TEAMS PHILIPPINES (ITP), the kind of organization that it is, what it believes in, its philosophy, purpose, culture, mission and vision. At this stage, the trainee is made aware of the mission paradigm of ITP.

II. The second phase involves the trainee’s going on actual short-term mission field exposure under the program :
SOUTH EAST ASIA MISSION WORKSHOPS (ACCESS PART2). This stage allows the trainee to experience, in a small degree, what it's like to prepare for and go on actual service on the mission field. This is accomplished in coordination with an existing team in the field which serves as both host and mentor to the trainee during the exposure trip.
Only after successfully completing the two phases of ACCESS TRAINING can a trainee be officially drafted as a full-fledged ITP missionary, qualified for long term deployment in the mission field.
SOUTH EAST ASIA MISSION WORKSHOPS (ACCESS 2) in Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia & Vietnam
The Southeast Asia Mission Workshops is a one (1) week long mission exposure trip outside of the country. This is the second and last stage of the ACCESS MISSION training program and is the final prerequisite for acceptance to the IT Phils. organization. It will be held in any of the following countries: Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, and Laos. This stage allows the trainee to experience, in a small degree, what it’s like to prepare for and go on actual service in the mission field. This is accomplished in coordination with an existing team in the field which serves as both host and mentor to the trainee during the exposure trip. They are the ones who will also determine the participants suitability for actual mission work and recommend full acceptance (or denial) to the IT Phils organization. This stage allows the trainee to experience, in a small degree, what it's like to prepare for and go on actual service on the mission field. This is accomplished in coordination with an existing team in the field which serves as both host and mentor to the trainee during the exposure trip.

Only after successfully completing the two phases of ACCESS TRAINING can a trainee be officially accepted as a full-fledged ITP missionary, qualified for long term deployment in the mission field.
Revitalized Mission

INTRODUCING: REVITALIZED MISSION TRAINING. The doorway for membership to International Teams Phils. for non-Filipinos is now wide open.

REVITALIZED MISSION is the first mission training program recently released by International Teams Phils. that was made to cater to the international community. For many years, the organization have to turn down many applications for membership coming from various countries due to the absence of training materials that could best translate the organizations spirit and culture to different nationalities. We know that in order for us to be able to embrace the chosen ones from different nations, we need to be able to come up with the much needed mission training program as soon as possible. The challenge of figuring out how we could recapture the elements that gave us success in mobilizing our own people for global missions was so daunting. It was an uphill climb from the conceptualization phase to the actual building of content. The idea of using The IT Philippines mission model as a case study at the beginning of the training turned out to be the lightbulb moment that we have been praying for. It was smooth sailing from that time on.. It did not take long for us to see the birth of REVITALIZED MISSION, an entry level mission training program designed for an international audience.
Finally, we are now ready to accept applications from other countries! We are so excited and are looking forward to meeting our very first international trainees. REVITALIZED MISSION will be the first of the three training stages before an applicant gets to be accepted for full membership in the organization. Full explanation on the membership process will be presented in great detail during the training. The mission training will be on an ONLINE WEBINAR format using ZOOM platform and will be taught in English, for the time being.
MEMBERSHIP BRIEFING
BE REFRESHED AND BE REMINDED OF SOMETHING SPECIAL THRU IT MEMBERSHIP BRIEFING
IT Membership Briefing is a 2 hour long Zoom based session open only to International Teams members to include those who have just completed IT’s training requirements, and those who have been inactive for some time. This will serve as a refresher course on organization membership responsibilities, commitments and expectations.
Meeting was designed for :
1. Newly accepted missionaries who recently completed South East Asia Mission Workshops . ( Access 2)
2. Missionaries who have been accepted these past two years without undergoing Membership briefings.
3. Missionaries who have been inactive and would like to re-activate their membership status.
4. Missionaries who would like to renew their ID’s but have not undergone new IT membership briefings or attended a Global Mission Summit. This will be helpful in refreshing memories on the benefits and blessings of being a part of a global mission organization .
Zoom Meeting ID and Password will be posted on the announcement part of our ONLINE MISSION FELLOWSHIP.
Comprehensive training on these critical roles in the organization is regularly provided for all IT Missionaries ... new and old alike. The GLOBAL MISSION SUMMIT and MEMBERSHIP BRIEFING are the two events that focus on providing the much needed training on the IT Roles.
